HEATHERPAW
Ugh. Could the day get any more muggy feeling?
The brown tabby she-cat rasped her tongue over her chest a few times, trying to brush the fur down before cleaning her face. if she wasn't presentable, then how in starclan's name could she do anything properly? her fur wasn't going to make itself look beautiful, so she had to do it herself. which, obviously she had no problems doing, that was her best quality. no one in windclan, or at least around her own age among the apprentices, could dare say she wasn't the most gorgeous one there. if they did, however, she would bat at them harshly until the conceded their remark. she was stunning and that was that.
lifting her head to cast a glance around the apprentice's area, heatherpaw tried to find which one she was going to bother that day since she, thankfully, wasn't spending the day training with northernlight. it wasn't that she flat out disliked the warrior- wait, no, that was exactly it. heatherpaw knew that the warrior was lazy and did nothing but cheat her way through, she'd seen it a couple times. that and the constant "do this" or "do that" was seriously a waste of heatherpaw's time that she could be actually learning something. perhaps she could go find cindermist and spend the day with her.
twitching her whiskers lightly, heatherpaw beamed when she noticed the pale fur of her sister, fallowpaw, sound asleep, curled up off to the side by their brother. yeah, that would work. she could drag fallowpaw out into the open moor and she could prove to her sister just how amazing she actually was. who better to tell heatherpaw that she was the greatest than her own sister? with a slight jump to her paws, a grin on her face as she properly felt the slight breeze against her face, leaping over one of the other apprentice. once she was next to the pale-colored she-cat, heatherpaw lifted a paw to prod at her sister, not bothering to be quiet in the slightest since the day had already started. "c'mon fallowpaw! wake up already! we've got stuff to do, c'mon!"
